Lavender to me is one of the most universal and beautiful of all the essential oils. Not only is it helpful for facial blemishes, but it can also be used to soothe and cleanse common cuts, bruises, and skin irritations. Lavender helps the body to relax and promotes restful sleep when rubbed on the bottoms of the feet or inhaled at bedtime. It can also offer relief to sore muscles and muscle spasms.

I use Lavender oil during many of my healing sessions, such as Reiki, Meditations, Spiritual Hypnotherapy, Angel and Tarot Readings and others. I suggest to all of my clients that the use of Lavender oil daily can help to calm down a unfocused mind or to create a deeper focus during meditation. It is a wonder oil to help you to relax and let go of stress and anxiety.

There are a few ways of how you can do it:

1.Take calming and energy cleansing Salt Bath with Lavender Essential Oil!

Fill your bath with hot water and put 1-2 Cups of Epsom Salt and 1-2 Cups of Sea Salt into it. Add around 15 drops Lavender Essential oil. Get in and relax in the water for approx. 15 minutes. Drain the tub and let go of any negative emotions, unwanted energies and toxins. Rinse off in a shower and ensure that you remove all the salt water to avoid scalp irritation. You might take about 1 bath per week.

In stressful times or when you feel tired or drained, take 1-2 baths a day for a few days.

2.Breath Inner-Peace, Calmness and Serenity with Lavender Essential Oil!

Place a single drop of Lavender Essential Oil into your palms, then gently rub your hands to release its magic. Bring your hands close to your face and inhale deeply a few times. Repeat very slowly the following affirmations for 1-3 minutes.

  • I am calm and relaxed in any situation!
  • All is well!
  • I am at peace with myself and with the world!
  • I handle every situation and every event with calmness and confidence!
  • My mind is at peace, my emotions are at peace, my body is at peace, I am at piece!
  • I am a channel of peace and well-being! I choose peace!
  • I feel grateful for all the abundance that flows into my life!
  • I accept, appreciate and love myself unconditionally!

  • Rub your shoulders and neck, allowing the Lavender Essential Oil to infuse you with peace, calmness and serenity. Keep breathing deeply and Finish by meditating for a few minutes on Inner-Peace!

      Cut some lavender into small pieces and put it in a clear glass jar and fill it with olive oil or oil of sorts and place the lid on the jar. Put the jarin indirect sunlight for 3 weeks then strain the ingredients out and into a dark colored bottle. All done

      Use Lavender as part of your evening routine. Rub oil on the bottom of your feet before bed or spritz your pillow with distilled water and Lavender mixed in a spray bottle.
