Serenity Essential Oil Blend

This exercise will take just a couple of minutes. For maximum results, please keep doing it for 21 days to evoke energies of peace, calmness, and strength.

Place a drop of doTerra Serenity essential oil blend into the palms of your hands and gently rub your hands together. Place your hands close to your face and inhale a few times in a row deeply. Repeat the following affirmation outlawed for a few minutes.

Affirmation:

I am Peaceful, I am Calm, I am Strong and Powerful Creator of my Life.

While repeating the affirmation imagine, feel, and know how all the stress, anxiety, and energy blockages leaving your body. Envision how these energies of calmness; peace, strength, and power are coming within, evoking your internal creator.

Mediate for a minute embracing these powerful emerges. Start by rubbing your shoulders and neck, allowing the doTerra Serenity essential oil blend to infuse your body. Keep breathing deeply. Notice the difference you will experience before and after this exercise. It is always necessary to notice the difference in your work, even if it’s a tiny one.
